Coloring books are printed to order with no returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact me within 30 days for a free replacement or full refund.

Made-to-Order & Change-of-Mind Policy
Because each coloring book is made to order and printed individually after an order is placed, I do not accept returns for change of mind. Each copy is printed specifically for you, so I do not maintain an inventory of returned copies to restock.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged during transit, has printing or binding defects, or contains the wrong book, you are entitled to a full replacement or refund. Please contact me within 30 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Replacement or Refund
To request a replacement or refund for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Email support@louisamaycarson.com with your order confirmation number.
- Attach 1 or 2 clear photos showing the damage or printing defect.
- I will review your message within 24–48 hours and promptly dispatch a free replacement copy or issue a full refund (refunds process in 2–3 business days and reflect on your original payment method in 3–5 business days).
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Orders begin printing promptly after checkout and cannot normally be changed or cancelled after the order is submitted. Please review your selections and delivery address carefully before completing checkout.
